Event…letter hunt…word trails

I have chatted with support and tried several of the fixes suggested but the issue still exists…the app works fine…it is only the letter hunt event in the word trails game…when I press the check progress button the event is just a white screen and none of the letters come up…

Good but some bugs

It’s a good app with no ads like games usually have, only problem I have is when you specify that you don’t want music or sound FX. Like I turned it off in the app but the girl still says “good” “excellent” all the time and you can contact support to tell them about it because it doesn’t give you that option.. oh and the bonus find the letter thing jammed up on me for like 6 mts and would crash the app and again .. couldn’t contact support to let them know.
