She is amazing! I have 2 labs and a busy house. I send her out when I’m gone for a couple of hours. Come home and a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. This part of the house is clean. Now I can concentrate on the rest of the house.
App is frozen

The app is often frozen on a cleaning cycle, so we’re unable to see the history and work done, and also unable to give commands. Also it resets the map from time to time, I don’t know why.

app frozen on 54 hours cycle

Frustrating that the app froze for me on a 54++ hour cleaning cycle, and won’t cancel! I’ve tried everything, clearing app cache, deleting and re-adding, turning my phone on and off, selecting ‘reboot’ reset in settings, and nothing has worked! Chat agent wouldn’t connect me to a live agent repeatedly and now waiting on hold for 30+ minutes to speak to a support representative. Horrible service!

I’m not sure why it’s so large, but it is so inefficient and lacking any detailed control for the size of this app
