I logged into the updated app. When I got to the verification of my Scene number, I didn’t receive the email from Scene with the 6 digit verification number. I called Scene and was told to register via the website. The Scene verification worked on the website. Maybe a glitch in the app?

Issues with scene card bar code scanner opening and can't exit

Sometimes when I open the thriftys app, the bar code to scan my scene card appears and this screen can't be closed except by closing the entire app. This will happen several times in a row (with me having to close out of the app), till eventually I can use the app. Very frustrating, please fix.

The service, the delivery, the people, and the product all deserve 5 stars. But this app belongs in the garbage can. It crashes frequently, your cart is suddenly empty, it kicks you back and forth between the app and the website. It’s a total headache. I live about 15 km from thrifties and it would take me significantly less time to gear up and drive to the store to hand pick my groceries then struggle through another episode with this app. I am a regular user and every time I say “this is the last time” but I keep coming back as I really enjoy the service.
