We signed up for the app and have had nothing but problems. Until I read here that TWO apps are required to make it work, I was as frustrated as anyone else. Running ML Setup first made it work. So the first comment is: Ridiculous unprofessional guidance. MobileLink lets the customer figure it out. NO help. The second comment: Don’t waste your money. S50 /year for what? A total ripoff for a half baked app that does near nothing. For $10/ year ok. If I get a warning that I have a power failure while away, I can ask some friend to check if all is ok. I’d pay $10 for that. But for $50 there are really sophisticated softwares out there doing complex stuff, real work, not just banalities like this app. Bottom line: Generac shouldn’t offer such third party junk. It doesn’t help their good name.
