Crashes when trying to open account

Not a very good first time experience. Can’t upload any documents to open an account. App crashes if you chose passport and then shows a black screen if you chose drivers license. Will have to go elsewhere to invest

Frustrating. I downloaded this app to my iPhone 13 to open an account in order to buy a gic. I filled in all the screens to the point where I had to confirm my identity using a passport or a driver’s license.I selected “drivers license”, the app took a picture of it and a screen flashed “Success”. It then displayed a blank camera screen and froze and anything I did to move on caused it to crash. I tried three times even using the passport option, being careful to follow the on screen instruction. It crashed every time. I gave up.Also, where your phone number is entered, the app displayed a format using dashes “-“ between the numbers. However, the numeric keypad that appears obviously has no such key. and the form doesn’t insert them automatically. Perhaps this is why it crashes?UPDATE Feb 26: Not to be defeated, experimenting, I typed my required phone number with the required dash (-) format into my iPhone “Notes” app. Then I copied and pasted it into the Achieva form. It pasted completely with the required dashes. Then, the account setup continued as it should. Why would anyone set up the dash phone number format knowing there’s no such symbol on the phone keyboard and the Achieva app doesn’t fill these in automatically as some other apps do?I’d ad that within the app, some things are impossible to find without going to the help instructions and then some instructions are hard to follow - such as setting up a link to another bank. Can only use portrait orientation on my IPad

This is very frustrating I can not change the orientation on my app from portrait to landscape. Landscape provides a bigger and easier to use keyboard.
