Does Everlance work as a mileage tracker in Canada? Yes. It records distance in kilometres and keeps a dated trip log you can download as a report.
Do I have to start each trip myself? No. Once permissions are on, automatic mileage tracking runs in the background and logs trips as you drive.
Can I track vehicle expenses as well as mileage? Yes. Fuel, insurance, maintenance, registration and parking can all be recorded with a receipt attached, alongside any other business expense.
Is there a free version? Basic is free, with manual mileage tracking and 30 automatic trips a month.

I just set the app up, and kept driving as usual; trip logging was seamless and categorization was as easy as one swipe! Great app!!!

It’s very glitchy. The reports email but then contain no data when I export. Also round trip feature sometimes doesn’t work and saves the data as just a one way trip. I use an iPhone 14 pro max so not sure if they need to update the software for newer phones ?
