To begin using the Jiffy Cabs App today:
• Download the free app
• Enter your phone number
• Validate your account (via the notification code you receive)
• Login to the app (Set your name and Email for receipts)
• Enter your pickup address
• Enter your destination address (this allows us to provide an estimated fare amount)
• Book your trip
On booking a reservation, you will immediately receive a confirmation number, along with an update when your vehicle has been assigned. From here you can monitor the progress of your vehicle as it moves towards your pickup location.
The Jiffy Cabs App retains a history of your previous reservations for expense management and to quickly rebook the same trip with the push of a button. You may also create a list of favourite locations (Home, Work, etc.) to speed up the booking process.

Usually great timing and drivers are always friendly to chat with. No issues for myself. Usually try to find the fastest route , and are helpful if I need a hand with some bags! Even in poor weather conditions! They do great.
Cannot sign in

I changed my phone number and for some reason I only get a profile set up page, in which it tells me my profile is already set up, and no option to sign in with it.
Error adding a credit card

I haven’t been able to use the app as it forces me to add a credit card first, but when I try to add a valid card, I get an error message. Tried two different cards, same error. Useless app. Guess I need to use Uber instead.
