- Tell us where you’re going, and the Flight Pass App will suggest which one of your passes to use. We took the guesswork out of it, so you can get where you need to go.
- Find the perfect flight by quickly sorting through available flights by duration, and time of day.
SYNC YOUR BOOKINGS
- Book on the website? All of your bookings, just as you’d expect, now appear in the Flight Pass app. Easily see where you’ve been, and where you’re going next.
MANAGE YOUR BOOKINGS
- Change or cancel your bookings with ease, directly from the Booking Details screen.
GET YOUR UPGRADE
- Travelling on a Flight Pass that offers complimentary upgrade? Request your upgrade directly in the Flight Pass App (lucky you!)
YOUR FLIGHT PASSES
- A central place to review all of the Flight Passes you own, administer, or travel on.
- See all the details of your Flight Pass, including credit balance, and booking history.
- Have a Flight Pass paid over several instalments? Complete your payment directly from the ‘Your Flight Passes’ section.
- Have a Flight Pass eligible for extension? Extend your Flight Pass directly from the 'Your Flight Passes' section.

Really happy to see this app as I uses flight passes a lot. Would be good to be able to see a list of all my current flight passes and how many credits are left. Would also be very convenient to be able to request eupgrades from that app.

Thank you so much for your feedback! The Flight Pass app was designed to cover the core features that enable our customers to book, select their seats, and manage their reservations. While the app includes previewing eUpgrade credits required in the booking path, in the spirit of full transparency, we can tell you that making an eUpgrade request is not in our short-term road map. We acknowledge that this is an often requested feature, and hope to offer it in the future.

This app can work good at some times but holy is it so buggy. I get logged out every now and then and can’t log back in even when signing in with all my credentials. Or sometimes i just don’t even get the chance to log back in. PLEASE FIX UR APP
Air Canada broke app with update

After update on 2025/12/03, cannot log in. Login web page loaded by app gives error message “Required String parameter 'redirect_uri' is not present”.Typical Air Canada IT, unfortunately: the only part that works reliably is when they take your money.
