Convenient & Useful!
I use this app for the majority of my banking. It’s easy to use, rarely down for maintenance, and gives me access to most of the functions I need to carry out my day-to-day banking. Thanks LDCU!
Useless app, even less helpful customer service
The solution to the "service being unavailable" was to delete and reinstall the app. After doing this twice the app still doesn't work. So either fix the app or educate your tech support on how to actually help people use the service.
