MEAL app is based on Harvard Medical School research, and we partner with certified nutritionists and therapists.

Helpful

This is a really lovely app that gives gentle reminders to eat properly without being overbearing, overly positive, etc. I have found it helpful with my disordered eating so far.

Doesn’t work

The app literally doesn’t work. Every page gives me a message saying “Our bad, you might have encountered an issue. Check back again later.” Except later never comes. And what’s worse is that there’s no contact information to ask for support and resolve this issue. I’m surprised this app is even allowed to be available on the App Store. There should be more quality control systems in place.

Very informative helpful help for binge eating issues

This app is one of the best apps I’ve used for help with my eating issues. It has so many tips and tricks to guide you in the right direction to do better. I would recommend this to anyone who has eating issues like binge eating or emotional eating. It really helps.
