App Store Description
MorForm is the construction field app for supervisors. Track your time, expenses, and OH&S safety forms on site — then send reports directly to your project manager through email. No accounts, no cloud, no subscriptions.
LOG TIME
Weekly calendar view with daily hour entries by job site. Flag overtime and stat holidays. The app calculates your pay period automatically and warns you when hours approach daily OT thresholds. Export your timesheet as a PDF or CSV with one tap.
TRACK EXPENSES
Log job expenses by category — materials, fuel, parking, meals, accommodation, tools, and more. Personal card and cash purchases are automatically flagged as reimbursable. Send a full expense report PDF and CSV to accounting at any time.
OH&S SAFETY FORMS
Complete your required safety documentation directly in the app. All forms are saved locally and can be emailed as PDFs to your Safety Manager at any time.
FLHA / JHA — daily field level hazard assessment with hazard toggles, task steps, PPE checklist, and crew signatures. Extend multi-day FLHAs without duplicating the form.
Emergency Response Plan — required once per job before work begins.
Site Hazard Inspection — 10-category formal inspection with pass/fail/N/A scoring and compliance percentage.
Incident Report — for any injury, near miss, property damage, or dangerous occurrence. Persistent alert until emailed to Safety Manager.
Subtrade Forms — send interactive web forms to subtrades who fill them out in any browser. No app required on their end.
JOB SITES
Receive dispatched jobs from your project manager as .morjob email attachments — imports plans, contacts, permits, scope notes, and site photos in one tap. View trade contacts, call them directly from the job screen, and mark trade scopes complete.
REPORTS
Send a job report to your PM in one tap. They receive a .morrep file that imports directly into MorForm Manager — time entries, expenses, and safety form counts all included. Works with any email app — Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, and more.
JURISDICTION-AWARE
Set your province or state and the app adapts automatically. Canadian users see FLHA and OH&S references. US users see JHA/JSA and OSHA references. Stat holidays auto-detected for your region.
HOW IT WORKS
All data moves through your regular email as file attachments. Nothing is stored on any server. Everything stays on your device. Works standalone or paired with MorForm Manager — the project manager app available separately.
