Thank you for FINALLY listening!

In a previous update, the app was only able to be used while NOT on wifi. This was a dumb decision, which was voiced by many in the reviews section here.

Colour me impressed when I tried to load the app on wifi, and it actually let me in! Since I have bad reception here, managing my account would’ve been unbearably slow to work with. Hope this update stays.

Please make available over WIFI

Decent layout, however, you can’t check it over wifi which is an extreme disadvantage. I don’t have data, so I have to switch it on - and it takes data from the other apps I have. Please correct.

Overall bad service

My phone plan is $25 for unlimited calling/texting with 3 gb data. I have had multiple problems with the money automatically coming out of my account. Everytime I call to get it fixed I end up spending hours on the phone explaining things and finally someone understands and fixes it. Overall poor customer service. This month I was charged over $180! I don’t know why and I am scared to call them. Not excited to figure this out. 😐 👎
