Using your device’s fingerprint scanner, and facial recognition the My Shaw app will:
• Link your face ID and fingerprint profile to your Shaw account via the app for authentication purposes.

Works ok but...

I was in a chat on the app which worked very well! But now I can’t get rid of that annoying red (there’s a message) mark on my phone. It stays no matter what I have done. Plus they ask you to rate the app, and when you click the link it says the page is not working.

Not working for me

Although this seems to be getting great reviews, it’s not working for me. There is no icon on the screen, only the grid. The app will open but does not accept my Shaw credentials, not the account ID and not my email and password. I can’t even get into it.

Can't log in

The app won't let me log in!! I just set up an account online and then downloaded the app and says it cannot retrieve my account info!!
