The myGroupSource app gives you direct and easy access to your group benefits from wherever you are. Use this app to submit claims, view your benefits card and booklets, look up details about your plans, and contact GroupSource.

**Install this app if myGroupSource is your claims payor. If your claims payor is ClaimSecure, download the GroupSource ClaimSecure app.**

You can use the myGroupSource app to:

• submit your claims, including easy photo claims
• review your claims history and payment information, and see the status of your claims
• see your Health Spending Account balances (if applicable)
• view and edit your personal contact and banking information
• view beneficiaries and dependents
• view your benefits card and benefits booklet
• contact us with any questions you may have

Your personal information is secure and encrypted when you use the myGroupSource app. For more information, go to groupsource.ca.

Another user

Anytime I click to review a processed claim it kicks me out of the app. I have to phone in to talk to an agent to see the whole claim

Being left behind for what?

Phone stuck at iOS14, can’t get into my benefits as a result of update that requires iOS15…not sure what features are so important as to exclude all but those on the later versions…
