The myGroupHEALTH app gives you direct and easy access to your group benefits from wherever you are. Use this app to submit claims, view your benefits card and booklets, look up details about your plans, and contact GroupHEALTH.

Install this app if myGroupHEALTH is your claims payor. If your claims payor is ClaimSecure, download the GroupHEALTH ClaimSecure app.

You can use the myGroupHEALTH app to:

• submit your claims, including easy photo claims
• review your claims history and payment information, and see the status of your claims
• see your Health Spending Account balances (if applicable)
• view and edit your personal contact and banking information
• view beneficiaries and dependents
• view your benefits card and benefits booklet
• contact us with any questions you may have

Not letting me update

App is saying to update but won’t let me update need this for my benefit plan this is ridiculous

Hi Joey, we've corrected the issue that was causing this request-for-an-update loop so the app can be updated now. I just tried it myself to confirm and it was a success! Access to the online portal using a web browser wasn't impacted so give that a shot if the app still won't update (but it should).

Umable to update new version

The app asks to update new version and does not let me login but when i click on update it gets me to app
