The MyHyundai with Bluelink app allows you to access a suite of remote services for your connected vehicle like starting your vehicle, checking the vehicle status, scheduling a charge, and more. The app also features diagnostics tools, roadside assistance, and owner resources.

Bluelink technology enables and empowers you while you are on the go, giving you access to your Bluelink features from your office, at home, or just about anywhere.

Access the app with your user email, password, and PIN to take advantage of Bluelink’s features. Log in and send commands conveniently using biometric authentication (fingerprint or face recognition). An active Bluelink subscription is required to use Bluelink features in the app. To enroll, please contact your dealer or at mybluelink.ca

Works, but a poor app

The app works, but like everyone has mentioned it takes about a minute or so for the commands to get sent and acknowledged by your vehicle. They have disabled the heated seats and heated steering wheel as they have said it isn’t necessary as when your car is stated the defrost and heat inside the car is enough. And I kind of agree with that, once your in and turn on those features they warm up pretty fast. But the one thing that really bugs me and everyone else is when the remote start is activated the car starts to flash all the parking lights. Umm what’s the point to that?? Just have them turn on to signal its running but to have them flash repeatedly? That’s an emergency symbol so everyone around is looking and checking out the car to see what the issue is. Makes no sense. But like I said at the beginning, the app works but not as good as it should be.

Great but there is room for improvement

I love having the app on my phone but there is some things missing. The option to have your heated seats turn on with the auto start would be nice. Also there are many times that the app seams to be down.

*** Not working

Not able to use the app since last update a week ago (septembre 2023) with the same error : "we apologize, but your request could not be proceed. Please try again later. If the issue persists, contact customer support in the help section". Even the help section is not working!!
