Irritating but functional

Unable to log in. Password reset does not produce an email. Not okay.Edit: the password reset emails came the next morning. That worked. The under the hood web address appears to have changed, so that why my login info wasn’t talking to the new site. Resetting my password appears to have linked my email and login name to the new site. Other than this new adventure, the app works well. Never had an issue with starting or ending a session. Most problems described in the comments are operator error.

Imagine visiting another city and having to put up with something like this. Paying $25 up front and having no way to get the remaking money back. Ridiculous.

Hi Matthew, thanks for taking the time to review. We set the $25 minimum so that it covers a day's worth of parking and it refunds the money not used during a parking session for future use. If you want to pay per use with your phone go to https://vpm.parkplus.ca, there is no account needed.

This app is handy but is designed in a very amateur way. It took multiple attempts to create an account and it kept saying my password was too basic with 12 different characters. Once I was finally able to create an account I found the locate parking map was useless as you couldn't move the map to the area you wanted. It said to use the "+" key on the left side of the map but the "+" key was on the right. The City of Calgary waisted money paying someone to create this very amateur app. Needs a lot of improvement!!
