As a member of an employee group benefits plan, you can manage your benefits coverage and claims information all in one place with the OTIP mobile app!
Did you just get married, had a baby or adopted a child? Now that My Benefits has been added, you can:
• Change your benefits information
• Add/remove family members covered under your plan
• Update your email address
With My Claims, you can submit eligible claims online and check on the status of your claims. You can also view your benefits card.
Wondering how much you have for glasses or massage therapy? You can find this information in your benefits booklet in My Library. Be sure to also check out My News for updates, reminders and news related to your benefits plan.

Does not save username or enable Face ID
This app is useless to have, it doesn’t save your id or allow you to enable face id. The purpose of an app is to make it easier to log on and submit claims etc. This is a waste of space on my phone I might as well login to my computer if I have to take the same steps and remember all my info In order to log in.
Slow and glitchy
App is very slow and freezes often, or gets stuck as a blank white page.
Not great
The app is not as good as the website. Loging in is where the problems begin. I used Face ID and it populates the birth year space with my user ID. It’s been like that for months. Time to fix it.
