Can’t submit forms on the app,
Full mobile site always has issues,
I think they are doing this so that you can’t get reimbursed for your benefits.
Honestly what other excuses could they have for not being able to do anything except see how much money that they make off you every month…

App opens and then hangs with a blank screen
It isn’t useful if you can’t even open the thing! App Store says bug updates 5mos ago? …maybe to add More bugs?🤷🏽♂️
