Through the PenguinPickUp app, we are ensuring the last mile in the customer journey is safeguarded and reflective of the brands we serve. Our app allows customers to view the status of their orders, view the closest PenguinPickUp locations to them, share pickup codes with friends, and more!
We've been hard at work improving the overall app experience. On top of cleaning up some bugs we found in the basement, we also:
- Improved sign up flow with better user experience.
- Introduced two new subscription plans
1. Pay Per Use - Option to sign up for a new subscription tier and pay in stores using a POS terminal per order.
2. Business Tier - Business Tier which is very similar to the monthly tier but allows multiple people to be associated with the account to have them all pick up packages.
