Data Override
By law they are supposed to send a warning and ask for explicit consent to override given data, but they didn’t so I was asked to pay additional $200. Under the Wireless code, service providers MUST obtain expressed consent before exceeding $50 in data overcharge. They have not sent me ANY notifications, texts, or emails notifying this to me. So I disputed this issue and they admitted they were wrong so I only paid additional $50. If you were suddenly overcharged over $50, know your rights and fight back!
Gonna quit those guys
Way to expensive. Go find something else. Go to the mall around phonebox you will get mich better deals. They aint having deals at all.
