Very unstable app and zero customer support you got a call and there’s always a mailbox is full
Works badly or not at all
It sometimes wont let you login, doesn’t show packages that you got texts for, endless annoyances. I stopped using it pretty soon after getting it because it doesnt work. Its a million times easier to just put in the code from texts. I saw a notification just now and decided to give it another try. Can’t login with correct password. Can’t reset password. It’s just useless.
Just punch in your access code and skip the app.
Since updating to iOS 18 app immediately crashes when opened. But even before that it was garbage for never keeping you logged in, and making you watch a 20 second ad RIGHT AFTER logging in. It’s a nice concept to be able to open your box via the app but it’s literally SO much faster to just punch in your access code.
