App doesn’t update
Since July 21 my Safeway app hasn’t updated what I’ve purchased
The new offers update. But once I’ve used the offer it doesn’t move to the redeemed column.
App is now working perfectly

My offers haven’t loaded for me for a while. I updated the app, I’ve deleted it, reinstalled and reentered my info and I keep getting “you don’t have any loaded offers at this time”. Redeemed and expired show similar messages. The help centre is of no help in trouble shooting. When everything was working the app was great, now not so much…
