Works but…
It works and I am able to book a ride but it takes forever to do because it is not user friendly at all and is very confusing.
Pre-scheduling a ride not intuitive
Love the service. One frustration with the app.
The default screen only lets you chose “where to” and not your origin. If I select a bookmark as my “where to” I get a screen saying “confirm your trip’s start location” with your current location but doesn’t let you change it! Clunky and not intuitive when you are pre-scheduling trip that will start where you are not currently located. Otherwise, love the service
