Fantastic interface, great features
I manage this system for my work. The website interface is easy to use and allows great oversight into the forms our employees fill out. I can pull up forms created by category, type or user or sort them by job site or by asset.
The asset manager is great, the system stores all the forms, logs and helpful information.
The employee database is great, users are able to tag themselves in forms, asset logs and check in to sites. Employees can upload digital certificates and the system can track expiry.
The documents folders allow sub folders. I use this for SDS, Operating Manuals and Toolbox talk storage. I also place all our required safety posters here.
We have 100+ employees, everyone gets an account.
The web (for admin view) and mobile for everyone - both offer great user interface.
This is a great FORMS app that can trace back to databases of workers, sites, assets and documents.
