Sync - Secure cloud storage 4+

Yay! Finally everything is working again. I can't give all 5 Stars because it took too many fixes to get it right. Now, please just leave well enough alone. If it ain't broke...

I purchased the 4TB plan this month. I am a long time user of Dropbox basic. I read an article about the advantages offered by Sync and decided to give it a try. There are major differences on iOS between Dropbox and Sync especially in the area of feature support. Dropbox is a more mature product while Sync remains in an emerging phase.
There are very essential features refusing to be working, for instance printing (Air print) doing nothing when the button is pressed. I also noticed a poor collaboration option where shared folders did not make available the files for either party and an error was displayed. This bugs impose a quick fix, but so far nobody is addressing them, speaks about the lack of support. Syncing your pictures in the background takes forever. So far, after two weeks I could not sync more than 15% of my photos. There is also poor support for playing videos.
I concluded that will switch to Dropbox prime soon if I do not see any efforts made by Sync to resolve these bad user experience issues.

When i am trying to upload something from an app to sync, I am taken to the sync app for some reason where i can see that the upload was stopped due to an error (or is not happening at all) and i have to restart it manually.

Saving through the “Save to Files” or the Files app has been broken for many months now. Tech support has not being able to resolve the issue. I have a strong feeling that the app is not going to make it, and since mobile integration is really important these days (and it’s not working properly which makes me wonder what’s going with the service dev & support in general as well), I’ll be cancelling my subscription. Too bad
