App’s great and logging in allows you to get preferences and favorites but can you add the feature to either flag that you’ve see the video or remove them from the suggested list or search? TED has a sizable catalogue

Thank you for your feedback about the TED app!

After you view at least a few seconds of a video on the TED app, you should see a red "progress line" at the bottom of that video's thumbnail image. This red line is intended to help you keep track of talks you've begun or completed. You can also check your Watch History on the profile page to see all the videos you've at least partially watched.

As for removing videos entirely when you've completed them, it's important to think of the content on the app as a library, rather than a checklist. In other words, the content is intended to persist "on the shelves," so-to-speak, so you can return to it again or share it later. For your list of TED Recommendations, removing talks would allow for the algorithm to send your repeated content, which we want to avoid.

I hope this information is helpful. Again, we're grateful for you taking the time to share your thoughts!

Listens to Users!

Very happy to be able to login to my account finally, and have it sync all of my saved talks! This popped up as soon as I launched the updated app, and everything was seamlessly synced over from what I’ve saved. I have no issues giving this a full 5 stars now!

Hi Ted
I'm a user who's blind and has a hearing loss. I enjoy using Ted on my iPad, so far voice over has no problems navigateing the app. I have also visited your website; I can find what I'm looking for, even finding your terms of service and privacy policy was easy to find on your website.
Your collections of Talks are many, easy to access, and whenever I finish listening to a ted talk, I feel I want to keep learning.
Please keep the app, as well as, your website free and accessible for future blind and visually impaired users.
Keep up the amazing work you are doing.
Yours Truly
