Money grab
I signed up to the free service through my doctor, it's almost impossible to set up an advanced apointment.
Security and Accountability Concerns
Upon filling out the first of four intake forms, just to book an appointment to see if I am applicable for OHIP coverage, it asked me for my credit card number, expiration date, and number on the back. I don’t feel like being charged for something that is not only advertised for free, but before any services are given.
Privacy concerns
I have caught this app multiple times spying on me. By this I specifically mean the mic is turned on and the app is listening to me. I had granted this app permission to my mic and camera just for video sessions. The mic was listening to me even when the app was not in use and I was not in a video session.
