As someone who has been in and out of therapy for well over a decade I am so thankful a service like this exists and I wish I had found it sooner. I usually hate writing reviews but I felt it was important to give my input so others can read it who are in search of getting proper help.So I’ve been struggling with depression and anxiety for years and since the pandemic, it’s only gotten worst to the point it became unbearable. I looked for help through my doctor and it was a back fourth mess that wasn’t getting anywhere. I ended up finding Layla on line and boy am I happy I found it. The beginning questionnaire is an in-depth that you can do online and they book a session to call you, so the team can call you and talk to you about what you’re looking for in a therapist. They then send you profiles of a couple suggestions, you pick one, and they do the rest of the work. You don’t even have to remember your appointment dates once you have a therapist because the app reminds you a day in advance. You can even do your video calls through the app itself. This is literally the most seamless process getting a therapist and for people that deal with anxiety like myself, it takes the stress out of it entirely. I’m not kidding when I say this app has helped me like crazy, if you’re looking for a seamless transition into therapy, this is it.
