Location services
It is not possible to log in. I get error message you must reside in Canada to use the App. Please update location setting. I check location services and it is set to on while using the app.

Thanks for giving us details on your difficulties with the app. Please try steps below to fix the issue: 1) Close "TELUS eClaims" app, if opened. 2) Go to Settings->Privacy->Location Services->Telus eClaims and click "While Using the App" 3) Start "TELUS eClaims" app. 4) Login to the app. I would appreciate if you can contact me directly so we can troubleshoot the issue. signing up online
I made an online registration to signup since their platform make it easy to do direct billing for clients. That was January and i haven't heard any update from Telus nor any confirmation email regarding my application. What i did was clicked the "forgot password" which i haven't even received from Telus and it showed having technical difficulties and call blah blah blah! So i called the number and to my dismay, for all the waiting, the customer representative said they didn't see any application or the business name/licence# and what she suggested was i make another registration and use a different email! For the sake of the stupid suggestion, i made another one but after all the steps and finalized the signing up, they didn't email a copy confirming my application which is of course they should send one (like when you pay and they give you receipt but this signup b*sh!t won't send you confirmation email so it's easy for them to tell you they didn't receive any signup).
Bottom line, be prepared to experience what me and my colleagues went through on their online registration signup process.
