Horrible App
This app needs alot of work. We use it at my place of employment and the app is terrible. You cannot start a new conversation from the app as there is no compose option, you have to go to the website(not handy when you are dealing with things away from a computer). Also when I log out for the times I am not on call I still get notifications. When I am logged out it is for a reason and I don't need the notifications. You have to delete the app to get the notifications to stop. I shouldn't have to delete and re download the app when I should just be able to log out.
