Description
Trois-Rivières 311 app allows users to inform the public works department of a problem you see on the public roads.
Using the camera and the GPS on your mobile device, the application allows you to easily report :
• defective streetlights;
• potholes;
• leaking fire hydrants;
• misplaced sewer covers;
• bulky waste collection;
• and any other requests.
Each request is sent to the system of claims and will quickly be taken in charge by municipal employees.
In addition to viewing all claims posted by citizens on a city map, users can track the status of their demands and add information in the listing of their open requests.

Bonne application, mais de possible amélioration ?
Bonjour, sommes toutes, c’est une excellente application. Cependant, lorsqu’on veut voir une requête, l’application indique Enregistrement de la requête, ce qui peut porter à confusion. Aussi, serait-il possible de mettre à jour l’application pour la compatibilité avec les iPhone X, Xs et Xs Max ?

L’application fonctionne relativement bien pour le signalement mais déficiente pour faire les suivis. Sur iPhone 11
