The waste of time app
Unable to change ssid name. Tried through the web as well as the app. Instructions are worse that it does not even match the screens. Web is another waste that keep asking to download the app and use that so circular game with zero results. As soon as Bell has the high speed in the area I am for sure moving away from cogeco

Doesn’t Feature Auto-fill Payment or Apple Wallet
App is alright but having to have my card in hand every time I make a payment is terrible. I’m not interested in the auto pay. I just want to pay with my Apple wallet or Bank Sign-in. Like every other company on the planet.
