Cannot use outside of UAE
I need a document to be attested and I was told to use this app to create an account. But it wouldn’t let me use my Canadian phone number to register. It expects you to enter only UAE phone number. If this app cannot be used outside of UAE then Consulate should have mentioned at their website and doesn’t have to be mandated to use this app to pay for the service. It’s very misleading.
Embarrassment
This app is yet another from UAE’ commitment to creating useless, none functional apps to match an overly complicated , confusing and frustrating system to create jobs and force investors to have to visit the country (spend money) to solve insignificant problems. Level of incompetence, from banks to things like this truly deserves 5 stars
