Non fonctionnel
Incapable de faire quoi que ce soit via l’application, autant pour débarrer le véhicule, démarrer le chauffage ou faire un suivi de la charge.. Si tous ces options fontionnaient ce serait parfait, mais ce n’est pas le cas pour l’instant, dommage..
Getting there
I appreciate the effort of Vinfast here. The Ui looks good and is straightforward.
Pro: everything you need at your fingertips, including the car manual
Con: Depending on what software your CAR is on, you will have connection issues. Since my last update, I can always pre heat my car and find the location. It’s a bit slow, but I assume it will be fixed in time.
Second Con, is not being able to connect to the Vinfast home charger. I was able to connect the charger to the Autel app and get full features (schedule, star/stop etc). So it is up to Vinfast to make all features available.
It’s a work in progress. Since owning the car, everything has improved. So I will not complain. I’m encouraging everyone to be positive and show Vinfast that we look forward to all the errors being fixed.

Lots of glitches
The app is very glitchy.
- app loses connection to vehicle a lot
-pre heating vehicle sometimes doesn’t work
-using the app to connect to chargers doesn’t work
