The My Account app lets you manage your account 24/7 from your phone. Pay your bill, check your usage, grab a travel pass and so much more.

Good to know: We won't charge you data when you use it on 3G/4G/LTE networks. The My Account app is only available to monthly Members. On Prepaid? Manage your account at virginplus.ca/prepaidlogin.

Pop ups freeze the app
Good app. My major concern is about the pop ups which freeze the app. You have to restart the app. Can you fix it? Tks
