Ratings and Reviews
The user experience could use some work
An over-reliance on nested drop down menus means exponentially more clicks to access information that was laid out much more intuitively in the previous app.
So bad
The AoS 3.0 app was so much better than this thing
UX missing
Building an army list is clunky, reinforcing units is awkward and you can’t drag and drop units from one regiment into another or slide around regiments. Finding the appropriate warscroll requires too many click throughs. It’s annoying that you can’t create a list until you select a formation. It’s kinda insulting that someone suggested that users pay for the ability to create a second list. I would think that creating lists would lead to sales of product.
On the plus side- All the information is available and the rules, warscrolls, army specific rules, ghb, etc are free. This lowers the barrier to entry for many people. All units have associated thumbnails and the art is great. This could have been a really good application.
