Crashes!!!!! ,

Does not always notify you if phone is in lock screen

I MISS so many chats because this stupid program puts my status to ‘idle’ and then will NOT notify me of an incoming chat!!!!
Also I need to receive notifications on my Apple Watch when there is a chat request.
Sometimes I walk away from my phone for a moment to do Something and I do not hear the new chat notifications.
Notifications on Apple Watch would tap my wrist to let me know there is a new chat.
*** update *** Apple Watch gets intermittent notifications sometimes but rarely. I usually have my phone in lock screen waiting for a text 99% of the time. And a lot of chats so not even notify me and are pushed to the CRM

Hello!
We request you to go to SalesIQ Settings on the web -> Portal Settings -> Disable the option 'Treat Idle Operator as Busy'. This will stop your status from turning into busy when you are Idle in the SalesIQ dashboard/application. Regarding the Apple watch notification, we request you to write to us at support@zohosalesiq.com from your registered email to check and assist you with it further.

Ios app crashes sometimes

We are experiencing some issues when we try to answer chats on our phone. Tbh re-installing app fixes issues most of the time.
I think it’s about time for the developers to release some updates.
