Schlechteste App ever
Funktioniert überhaupt nicht. Wenn ich meine Aldi Mobilenummer zum einloggen eingebe, erscheint immer, dies ist keine Aldi Mobile Nr. Für mich ist die Zeit gekommen zu einem anderen Mobile Anbieter zu wechseln.
Simply: don’t
Nach guten Erfahrungen in Australien habe ich als Einwanderer in die Schweiz Aldi Mobile als Angebot abgeschlossen. 100 GB als Aktionstarif.
Nachdem der Zugang zum Kundencenter mehrere Wochen auch nach wiederholter Nachfrage beim „Kundenservice“ nicht möglich war (Mann konnte & wollte mir nicht helfen), kann ich inzwischen darauf zugreifen. Klasse, sehe ich nun dass ich keine 100 sondern 10 GB erhalten habe.
Alles in allem ein und es tut mir wahnsinnig leid das zu schreiben, vollständig unfähiger Provider. Da funktioniert nichts und ich habe inzwischen gekündigt.
Ich rate dringend davon ab Aldi Mobile in der Schweiz abzuschliessen.
