Command Helm is a phone companion for the computers you control. Connect to your own bridge, choose a device, and follow your work from wherever your private network reaches.
TASKS THAT ARRIVE WHERE YOU WORK
Send a task to a configured computer, follow its queue state, and read the saved report. An offline worker can pick up queued work when it reconnects.
A REAL TERMINAL IN YOUR POCKET
Open a persistent shell or interactive Codex session on a configured computer. Read live output, send input, and reconnect to the same session after leaving the app. Work runs on your computer.
KEEP UP WITH YOUR AGENTS
See project activity and answer questions from agents connected through the Helm adapter. Send a direction or ask an agent to pause at its next checkpoint.
START WITH ONE COMPUTER
Guided pairing and clearly marked sample content help you get oriented. Add more computers when you need them. Optional NetBird discovery shows private-network peers; GitHub discovery checks the account signed in on your bridge computer.
YOUR BRIDGE, YOUR CONNECTIONS
Command Helm uses a bridge you install on a Mac or Linux computer. Terminal support requires tmux and a compatible shell. Remote targets use configured SSH connections. The separate Command Helm IDE is optional. Native Windows is not supported in this release, and WSL has not yet been verified.
Computers must be awake and reachable to perform work. The app refreshes while open and does not send background push notifications. AI tasks require Codex and its provider account configured on the target computer; any provider charges are separate. NetBird and GitHub are optional, separately configured services. Command Helm is an independent project and is not affiliated with those providers.
