Curated shows, personal invites, exclusive drops, social impact. All in one place.
FAMFAM gives you access to curated music experiences — from limited ticket allocations and guest lists to personal invitations and exclusive drops. Whether you’re discovering a show from our artist collective, exploring new music in the app, or unlocking merch and event collabs with select brands, FAMFAM connects you to what’s usually hard to get.
And every interaction goes further: A share of profits of selected tickets and drops supports creative access for underrepresented youth — through the FAMFAM Foundation.

See who's going, see who's supporting
See which FAMFAM members are going to a show or supporting a foundation project, right alongside the ticket or project itself. Choose to appear in the list, and you'll see who else is too.
A community you can actually see
FAMFAM is a community. Now you can see who else is part of it.
Nothing without your consent
Visibility only works both ways. You choose to appear before you see anyone else, and you can turn it off anytime in your privacy settings.
Plus plenty of smaller improvements and bug fixes that make the app smoother and more enjoyable to use.

Your tickets, clearer than ever
We completely redesigned the ticket area. Your own tickets and your friends' tickets now live in clearly separated tabs, so you can see everything at a glance, whether it's a ticket, a guest list spot, a transfer, or a waitlist entry.
Quick access right before the show
Instead of a floating button, your home screen now shows a card for your next show. That way you get to your ticket or guest list entry with a single tap right before it starts.
All the admission info you need
For every show, you'll now find the right admission details directly in the ticket area, with text, images, answers to common questions, and everything you need to know before you arrive.
Ready even when you're offline
Your tickets now work even more reliably without an internet connection, so you always have everything important within reach.
Share what excites you
You can now share a lot more content: shows, products, radioshows, Foundation pages, fundraiser projects, drops, and more.
Withdrawal for merch purchases
For online purchases in the merch shop, there's now a simple withdrawal process. After you withdraw, you'll get a confirmation by email and everything else runs automatically in the background.
Plus plenty of smaller improvements and bug fixes that make the app smoother and more enjoyable to use.

This update brings a series of refinements shaped by feedback from the FAMFAM community over the past weeks.
We've improved the ticket journey from selection to checkout, making reservations, waitlist access, and resell flows feel more seamless and transparent. You'll also receive clearer updates throughout the process, helping you stay on top of ticket availability, purchases, and refunds.
Along the way, we've polished a number of details behind the scenes to make the overall experience smoother, so getting to the show feels effortless from start to finish.
