Hello! The feature you describe is already available in Pillow. To find it, please swipe right from Pillow's main screen to access your Snooze Lab. There, you should be able to view "Your Optimal Bed Time" based on your sleep habits and if you switch on the "Notify me 30 mins before" button at the bottom right corner, Pillow will start notifying you when it's the best time for you to go to bed.
