Mostly user friendly
The app guides you through the process of photographic documentation quite well, but please do allow subsequent editing of the text in the “damage description” category; I made a ludicrous typo and felt pretty embarrassed to send my documentation that featured this typo. Would have loved to get a chance to correct it.
Complex to work with
The application is a horror to work with. An English language would be a great surplus
