* EasyApp Control enables you to control your garden in the app with a distance of 10 m.

Not functionl

I spent almost 2 hours trying to connect the device - sprinkler system control.
Without any success.
Bluetooth connection never established.
Having read all manuals available didn’t help.
I suspect this app is not functional at all.

Hello,

thanks for your review. We're sorry about the inconveniences. Maybe the following information is helpful:

First look if there's an update on the website of your country which has to be done.
Then please delete your device and reconnect it to the app.
Don't forget to delete it also from the Bluetooth settings of your smartphone.
Make sure you have chosen the Bluetooth app and not the smart app.
Switch off your product and follow the steps shown in the app.
Only switch on your product again when the app tells you to.
In most cases it already helps to switch off the smartphone and/or to switch Bluetooth off and on again.
Approach to the mower (Bluetooth connection is only possible up to a distance of 10m from the device).

Easier to setup schedule and control your robot than on the tiny display… not holding the connection, easy to reconnect.

It’s impossible to connect sileno city to this app, during pairing it allways ends with same result “connection failed, please try it again later”.
