The verification process is extremely tedious and time-consuming. You have to send your ID card, and that's not all. They want your energy bill, they want your location, maybe even your shoe size and other nonsense.I got through the lengthy verification process and I have to admit that the app is very clear and intuitive. I now use Kraken and Kraken Pro most often.

Iam using Kraken year. I had Some issues with adding money on platform first-time, but after week of waiting i contact support and they solve my issue in Day and money was returned next Day :) second time i made everything correct and till today i havent problem. App is really good for peoples wich starting with trading couse its simple and easy to use. When you get skillfull in trading Kraken is offering their Kraken pro version of app. Wich can compare to any other Crypto trade platform. Also Kraken Company reaction on world Crypto policy and laws change. make me feel safe to use this platform. From me its Number 1 Crypto trading platform.

Closing account without any reason

I used kraken for half a month, and one day they asked for additional data on my account. And I get information about additional chek only after i texted to them, WOW. Kraken tryed to hold my money as long as they can, putting some more checks for me, and saying to remake a photo. After all of this they just blocked my account, I still don’t know the reason.
