I used to love shopping with Zalando because I could buy clothes based not only on a picture but customer reviews. Since the last update removed an option to leave and see reviews, I plan to stop buying from Zalando. Reasons: 1. After I started ordering blindly based on a picture and description of a product my returning rate has increased - clothes are not for my body type, have poor quality or just uncomfortable. Returns lead to a CO2 level increase and I don’t want to support this2. Lack of transparency - I cannot see reviews, I don’t know if I really want to buy a product. For me it’s good cause I spend less money, for the business… idk…

Why is it not possible to switch the language in the app, only the region? That’s a basic ux. People may leave in one country but speak other languages. I live in Czechia but I prefer English UI. And I use your app quite rarely because I don’t understand half of try the words.

Dear Zalando. Since there's no contact form in the app, I have to write it here. Once for a few seconds I was looking at specific shoes on the app. For several months since I have been receiving the same email with "best choice for me" with those and alike shoes. It's irrelevant to season, it's obviously irrelevant to my taste (I didn't even add them to the cart, just viewed for a few seconds), I have never clicked a single link in any of those emails. It should be obvious that it's not my preferred kind of good. Why do I keep recieving these emails?! The recommendation system is malfunctioning, and the only solution I can find is to unsubscribe from all emails what so ever. Hence, I'll be missing something I could consider actually buying.

Allow changing app language

Even though i love zalando, i can’t use the app because i am not able to change the app’s language. I tried using the app in Czech Republic and Netherlands but the moment you change your country, the app auto translate to the language of that country. There are millions of expats in Europe who are more likely the target audience of zalando and ignoring them and assuming that everyone lives in a country has to speak that country’s native language is just wrong. I order my clothes on asos and farfetch in english, hope to see language option on zalando app soon! Hope you guys invest in that🙌
