I was using it’s services 3years and very satisfied. Now I’v got a new car with an implemented log book, so I don’t need Driversnote anymore. Unfortunately I forgot to cancel my account and the payment from my credit card was sent. I contacted them and ask them to send me the money back. They did it immediately without any obstacles as I little bit expected. I was very pleasantly surprised. I appreciate and recommend them because of their fair approach!
