The website offers English language support so in 2026 it’s a bit baffling that the app does not support this option. Overall, a good app. I can fumble my way through the Czech language options because I’ve used it enough that I can kinda figure out what to do; it’s that intuitive (But please offer an English option!)

The active status includes parcels that have been received for a long time, the chatbot does not help at all and there is no other support option. When trying to add a favorite parcel pickup location, the application consistently freezes and crashes.
The new version of our application has been expanded with new features and includes a number of improvements and bug fixes. Here is an overview of what you will see when you install the new version:
