The Galaxy Watch application connects Gear S2, Gear S3, Gear Sport, Galaxy Watch, Galaxy Watch Active, Galaxy Watch Active2 and Galaxy Watch3 to your mobile device. It also manages and monitors Gear S2 / Gear S3 / Gear Sport / Galaxy Watch / Galaxy Watch Active / Galaxy Watch Active2 / Galaxy Watch3 features and applications installed through Galaxy App Store. Use the Galaxy Watch application to set up and manage the following

Features:
- Connect to and disconnect from a mobile device
- Application download and settings
- Find my Watch
Install the Galaxy Watch application on your mobile device, then pair your Gear S2, Gear S3, Gear Sport, Galaxy Watch, Galaxy Watch Active, Galaxy Watch Active2 or Galaxy Watch3 with a Bluetooth connection and enjoy all of its features.

* Compatibility
- Galaxy Watch is not compatible with iPad and iPod touch

* Settings and features provided by the Galaxy Watch application are only available when Gear S2, Gear S3, Gear Sport and Galaxy Watch is connected to your mobile device. Features will not work properly without a proper connection between Gear S2 / Gear S3 / Gear Sport / Galaxy Watch / Galaxy Watch Active / Galaxy Watch Active2 / Galaxy Watch3 and your mobile device.
* This application is only for Gear S2, Gear S3, Gear Sport, Galaxy Watch Galaxy Watch Active, Galaxy Watch Active2 and Galaxy Watch3.
* Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

- Contacts: Required to access phone contacts to add buddy and sync with gear contacts

- Calendar: Permission required to Sync Watch Calendar
- Notification: Required for accessing Notification Center with useful information
- Cellular Data: Required to access service when you couldn't access Wi-Fi network"

Issue with iPhone

Hey there, i have an issue with Samsung Galaxy watch 42mm and iPhone 13. Everything worked correctly, until now. I cant see notifications from WhatsApp and Messenger. Watch show notificaion like calls, messages..even calls from messenger, but messages from these apps doesnt work. :( I love my watch, please fix it. 🙏

Please support Galaxy Buds

It would be very nice if you guys could make the app possible to support connectivity for Galaxy Buds. I really love these earbuds and actually prefer them over the AirPods. I think the sound quality is just better but it’s a pitty that I can’t use all the functions such as EQ, Ambient Sound or changing the volume by touchpads.

Connection with Iphone

I cannot connect my Samsung gear S2. This problem started about half year ago. I stopped using this watch and I hoped it will work again after some period of time. Everytime I have tried to connect this watch I can see in my bluetooth “connected” and after few seconds “connection failed”.

Dear user, we apologize for the issue. Please try the following to resolve the connection issue:
1. Forget the Watch from the Bluetooth settings of your iPhone
2. Then try to connect with Galaxy Watch app. You can try again to establish connection through the app by following the steps in this video:

Do not establish connection with Bluetooth before connecting the Watch through the app
3. If it does not work, then reset the Watch.
There is no need to uninstall app.
