Try Between us service! The easiest way how to send a parcel to another person in Czech, Slovak, Hungary and Romania. You can use our pick-up points or home delivery service. 
It's fast, without queues and long waits. No more paperwork, long forms or printing labels. All of that from 2,5 €.


What's in the app?

Send a shipment - Between us
No more paperwork, forms or printing labels. With our mobile application, in which you can find the Between us service, you can send a shipment in a moment. All you need is a phone and an online payment. You can pay online with card or via Apple Pay.

Returning the shipment
Do you need to return a shipment to the e-shop? No problem. The application enables a simple return of the shipment, you only need to enter the code that you received from the e-shop. You don't need to fill in anything else.

Tracking
Thanks to the detailed tracking of the shipment and the connection with our system, you will know exactly where the shipment is located.

Push Notifications
Be informed. The app will notify you immediately when the shipment is ready for pickup.

Delivery points
Thanks to the interactive map, you can search for the nearest delivery points in the area. At the same time, the built-in filter allows you to select those places where you can pay by card, for example. You will then find a description of how to get there, including photos or opening hours, in the details of the delivery point.

Shipment archive
In the shipment archive, you can view all your shipments that have ever been paired with your account.

User-friendly, Fun Design

• love this app, makes me want to use Zasilkovna rather than other companies just because the app is so great and keeps you informed reliably and “effortlessly”:

- simple, uncluttered, clearly organised
- fun design and cute animation
- notifications only linked to your actual shipments, no ads,…
- works well with apple watch too (notifications)
- works well for return packages too

- it’s true that the first time you want to open a Z-box, you actually need to download the app and set up an account (as opposed to Alza Box, where you only need a phone number, I believe), and you need to make sure to have BlueTooth and GPS enabled
- if it’s not a one-off thing and you’re likely to use Packeta/Zasilkovna again in future though, it’s worth getting
- having to have GPS and BlueTooth active doesn’t bother me at all since I never turn it off anyway

It is terrible!

Most overcomplicated thing I’ve ever used. Open that box cost me at least 15 minutes. You have to create profile. Fill it with sensitive data for absolutely no reason. Turn on Bluetooth, GPS and every other function your device provides. UX is terrible. Next time I will rather use another delivery service! Now I have to discard all changes I’ve made next to Z-Box. Delete my account I did not want to create and most probably factory reset my device, because I have no clue, what did I do to get that package. Please make it easier. Like a lot easier. What is wrong on additional display, where you can type PIN received by SMS. Simplicity wins!

Duplicate notifications

Hello, great app and service itself of this company, but still one long-term bug: I’m always getting all notifications two times (iPhone 12 mini). Can you please check it and fix? Thank you!

Update: After re-installation of Zásilkovna app and iPhone rebooting all works fine now! No other issues.
