Schrott

Diese App ist wirklich Datenmüll für jedes Gerät. Die Softwarebude die das entwickelt hat muss sofort gefeuert werden. Vielleicht mal ein Lehrbuch über Usability lesen, verstehen und besser machen. Ich betreibe seit 20 Jahren ein Softwareunternehmen und kann mich beim besten Willen nicht erinnern, etwas derartig Schlechtes erlebt zu haben. Beispiel „Einrichtung misslungen bitte Fehlercode eingeben, C1, C2, C3 auf Thermostat ablesen, andere? Alles klar Danfoss? Es wird kein Fehlercode angezeigt. Unique WLAN auswählen? Also wirklich. Ich habe große Lust den Schrott in Verbindung mit dem Thermostat von der Wand zu reißen. Empfehlung an Danfoss, selbst mal versuchen und danach sofort vom Markt nehmen. Stärkt nicht unbedingt das Vertrauen in Danfoss.

Nicht wirklich zufrieden

Die Idee klingt ja verlockend: durch Zeitschaltprogramm oder von unterwegs via WLAN die Fußbodenheizung steuern. Mit der Ausführung dieser Idee durch DEVI bin ich aber nicht wirklich zufrieden. Habe mir drei Devireg Smart Steuergeräte für Fußbodenheizung installieren lassen. Alle drei zeigen oftmals falsche Temperaturwerte an und liegen 1 bis 1,5 Grad unter der tatsächlichen Raumtemperatur. Wie aber soll eine Steuerung seriös funktionieren, wenn die entscheidende Messgröße nicht stimmt? Außerdem fehlt eine brauchbare Bedienungsanleitung, es gibt nur eine sehr knappe Installationsanleitung. Es ist schon eine Frechheit des Herstellers, so ein kompliziertes und kostspieliges Gerät ohne detaillierte Beschreibung zu verkaufen. Für die drei Thermostate (Inkl. Einbau) habe ich 915 € bezahlt, da sollte man eine Bedienungsanleitung schon erwarten dürfen.

Verwirrend & unzuverlässig darf eine Heizungssteuerung nicht sein

Wir haben das System seit über 2 Jahren im Einsatz. Die App ist deutlich besser geworden, aber wenig intuitiv. Wenn alles gleich geht Glückwunsch und Finger weg. Aber auch wir hatten ein Thermostat, der oft Phantasievolle Raumtemperatur gemessen hat. Er wurde nach vielen Nachfragen gegen einen neuen ersetzt - aber der kommuniziert nicht mehr mit der App-Steuerung. Es sind schon typisch deutsche Ingenieursprodukte. Wenn der Anwender weiß wie der Erfinder es gemeint hat ist es toll. Sonst braucht es viel Zeit, Geld, Heizlüfter und Geduld.
